Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil of the Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino varieties.

Balanced and not too strong blend (as could be a monovarietal of moraiolo), excellent for cooking or for seasoning raw dishes. Full of polyphenols that have antioxidant action and are good for health.

Oil resulting from a dry and rainless season but with an excellent color, herbaceous and fruity taste. Bitter at the right point and pleasant sensation of spiciness in the throat. Someone feels a slight aftertaste of almond but this year it is felt less.

Collected exclusively by hand and with electrical machinery without the use of fuels, herbicides or any other chemical substance to protect the environment.
